Job Location:

- Provide daily plant support to address quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in technical reviews of changes in labeling, formulas, specifications, suppliers, plant sites and packaging to ensure continuous improvements
- Interface effectively with key business partners including Operations, Product Development, Implementation and Support, Procurement, Vendors, and regulatory bodies to drive business results
- Conduct Good Manufacturing Practice audits to ensure plant compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices and conformance to Global Quality Standards
- Evaluate finishing line stability through Statistical Process Control and execute corrective actions based on process capability trends
- Develop inspection and rework protocols for material at the plant and the distribution centers
- Participate in product inspections, line trials, On-Shelf Quality Audits, etc.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce scrap, rework and customer complaints
- Utilize quality tools such as Change Control, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Investigation, Pareto Charts, Control Charts, and Notice of Deviations, and more to help drive continuous improvement
- Review and approve completed batch production records and associated quality documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of manufacturing plant experience
- Experience in quality systems with practical knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Risk Assessment tools
- Understanding of cGMP and 21 CFR 210 & 211
- Proven communication, time management, and project management skills
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Experience conducting quality training and cGMP training
Salary Range $76,800.00 - $95,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
