Research Associate Clinical I
Support Community-Focused Research That Improves Health Outcomes The University of Kentucky is seeking a Research Associate Clinical I to coordinate clinical research activities for a field site serving the Cambridge, Ohio area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day research operations, coordinating participant visits, collecting clinical research data, and serving as the primary connection between study participants, the local community, and the research team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring research activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on participant experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage daily operations at the Cambridge-area research clinic
- Schedule and oversee participant study visits
- Ensure research equipment, supplies, and materials are available and ready for clinic activities
- Perform phlebotomy and collect clinical research measurements, including cardiovascular and liver function assessments
- Maintain required research documentation and participant records
- Administer participant incentives and support study-related financial tracking activities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the research site and the broader study team
- Communicate with participants, community members, and research staff regarding study activities and needs

- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of related experience
