Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout;
Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service;
Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor;
Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and addressing urgent issues;
Manages opening/closing of the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation
