Loader Operator

The Front Loader / Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to support pipe handling, material movement, and field operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflow across job sites, yards, and customer locations while upholding all safety and operational standards.

• Operate front‑end loader and other heavy equipment to move pipe, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and staging areas
• Support field operations by transporting and organizing pipe and materials at job sites
• Assist with additional operational tasks including CVD, yard support, and general labor as needed
• Coordinate with ground crew and spotters to ensure safe equipment operation
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with minor maintenance as required
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and site‑specific requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team productivity and contribute to efficient job completion

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• 1–3+ years of oilfield, construction, or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Proven ability to safely operate heavy equipment (front loader experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening and background check
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to assist across multiple job functions
• Flexibility and teamwork are essential to success in this role

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
• Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb, and reach overhead
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Good hand‑eye coordination, depth perception, and manual dexterity
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively in both loud and quiet environments

• Expected hours: 45–55 hours per week, including overtime as required
• Must be available for field assignments and varying job site locations
