WSB Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time 3rd shift position in Cambridge, OH! If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and know how to keep production equipment running, we want to talk to you.

. You’ll play an important role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and industrial equipment
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime
• Install, adjust, repair, and replace equipment components
• Identify potential equipment problems and correct them before they lead to larger issues
• Read and use schematics, manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation
• Document maintenance, repairs, and completed work
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work 3rd shift

• Have worked as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Electrician, Millwright, Machine Repair Technician, or similar role
• Enjoy troubleshooting instead of simply replacing parts
• Are comfortable working around production machinery
• Take pride in keeping equipment running and preventing downtime
