Drywall Finisher

Mancan has partnered with a reputable construction company in the Cambridge area and is currently seeking skilled and reliable drywall finishers to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and experience delivering high-quality finishes in residential and/or commercial construction settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply tape, compound, and texture to drywall surfaces to achieve smooth, finished results
• Sand, level, and prepare drywall surfaces for painting or final coatings
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Repair and touch up existing drywall as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and site safety standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a drywall finisher required
• Strong knowledge of drywall finishing tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and plans
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Cambridge area

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift materials as required
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying site conditions
