Housekeeping Team Member

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Your work behind the scenes directly shapes guests" experience, helping them relax and feel cared for during their stay. This role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to agreed standards, ensuring each space is presented with care and attention to detail, and maintaining the high standards that guests expect.

Location:

The Holiday Inn Cambridge is located in Impington, near Cambridge city centre (approx 2 miles). It offers 100 luxurious bedrooms and dining options such as the Junction Restaurant and Bar.

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated time frames.
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen rooms, cupboards, and working areas.
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift.
• Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably.
