Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the hospitality team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain excellent standards of food and beverage service.
- Assist with the coordination of events, functions and dining services.
- Lead by example, supporting and motivating colleagues.
- Ensure health and safety, food hygiene and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Help resolve operational issues and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to support varying service requirements.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly desirable, as the venue is located just outside Cambridge and driving may be necessary, even though the distance is relatively short.
