Talent STEM Ltd are partnering with a growing speciality chemical manufacturer to appoint an Organic Process Development Chemist. The role focuses on developing and scaling organic processes from lab to pilot plant, supporting transfer of laboratory methods into manufacturing.
The ideal candidate has around 2–3 years' industrial experience, a chemistry degree (organic preferred), and hands-on distillation, purification, and analytical skills (HPLC/GC).
