Carpenter/Joiner

Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 37.5 per week (covering service between 7am-6pm, with occasional out-of-hours emergency recall)
Contract: Permanent

• Carry out Carpentry/Joinery repairs, installations, and refurbishment work across the premises
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications without supervision.
• Operate complex carpentry equipment and machinery safely
• Undertake glazing repairs, ceiling installations, and other specialist tasks
• Participate in planned preventative maintenance and inspections
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality

• Completed Carpentry/Joinery Apprenticeship or relevant experience
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.
• Strong craft skills and ability to work independently
