We are working with a well-established housing developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Customer Care Technician to cover new build housing sites across Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with strong customer service skills and proven experience in new build housing to join a growing and reputable developer on a permanent basis.

The Role:

As a Customer Care Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out remedial works and defect repairs in occupied new build homes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

* Attending and resolving customer care defects within occupied properties

* Carrying out multi-trade repairs and maintenance to a high standard

* Diagnosing issues and completing works efficiently and professionally

* Liaising with the customer care team and site teams

* Maintaining accurate records of works completed

* Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times

About You:

* Proven experience working in new build housing is essential

* Strong multi-trade background (e.g. carpentry, patch plastering, basic plumbing, decorating)

* Excellent customer-facing and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

* Full UK driving licence

* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
