Electrical Supervisor

We're currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join one of our valued clients on a permanent basis in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company offering competitive pay, long-term stability, and career progression.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience and role)

Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical teams and engineers on site.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee installations to ensure compliance with standards, deadlines, and safety requirements.
Conduct quality assurance checks, manage documentation, and liaise with project managers and clients.
Support with health & safety, risk assessments, and material/labour management.
Requirements:
Proven supervisory or leadership experience within electrical projects.
NVQ Level 3 qualification, 18th Edition, and ideally City & Guilds 2391/2394 (Testing & Inspection).
ECS/CSCS Gold Card; SMSTS/SSSTS certification beneficial for larger projects.
Full UK driving licence.
