In this role, you'll deliver a combination of practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning, supporting apprentices throughout their qualifications. You'll coach, mentor, and assess learners while helping them develop the technical skills, confidence, and industry knowledge needed for successful careers. As part of your development, you'll receive full teacher and assessor training alongside specialist training in future technologies including Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, and Inspection & Testing, allowing you to broaden your own technical expertise while remaining at the forefront of the industry.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician with strong Electrical Installation experience who is looking for a long-term career away from the demands of site work. Previous teaching or assessing experience isn't required, just solid industry experience and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
