Location: Sawston
Building Maintenance Electrician (400 Acre Site)
Location: Sawston
Compensation: £40,000 + training + overtime (OTE £44,000), 31 days holiday, 10% pension contribution, progression opportunities.
Hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime paid at 1.5×.
Responsibilities- Maintain HVAC units, fire alarms, smart systems and standby generators.
- Work on a 400‑acre site across multiple historical and modern buildings.
Full onsite training is provided, allowing you to broaden your skill set across various electrical disciplines.
