Air Conditioning Improver

Location: Cambridgeshire

An established HVAC contractor is looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Improver to join its growing installation team based in Cambridgeshire. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll assist with the installation of commercial air conditioning systems while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the HVAC industry, with ongoing training, hands-on experience and clear progression into a fully qualified Installation Engineer.

Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Good communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read or develop an understanding of technical drawings
Reliable with good time management
HVAC, construction or mechanical experience advantageous
CSCS, IPAF, PASMA or relevant industry qualifications beneficial

Package
£28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
