Duct Fitters Mate

Location: Cambridgeshire

An established heating and ventilation contractor is looking to appoint a Ductwork Fitter's Mate to support its installation team across commercial and industrial projects.

You will assist with the installation of ductwork and associated ventilation systems, including site preparation, handling materials, supporting fitters and maintaining safe working practices. This would suit someone with previous HVAC or construction exposure, although training can be provided for a reliable candidate looking to develop within ventilation installation.

Requirements
Full UK driving license
Previous HVAC, ductwork, ventilation or construction experience advantageous but not essential
Comfortable working on active commercial and industrial sites
Practical aptitude and willingness to develop ductwork installation skills
Able to work effectively alongside experienced duct fitters and site teams
Reliable approach to site attendance, health & safety and workmanship
Comfortable travelling to customer sites across the region

Package
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience

Based in Cambridgeshire
Travel to commercial and industrial sites across the surrounding region
Practical on-the-job training and development within ductwork and ventilation installation
Opportunity to develop further HVAC and ventilation experience
