We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance contractor for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Cambridge, Peterborough, and the wider East Anglia region.
Company Van & Fuel Card Provided
- Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard.
- Complete a variety of general property maintenance tasks.
- Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.
- Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-lasting repairs.
- Work efficiently within occupied residential properties.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Accurately update job information using PDA/mobile technology.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with residents.
Requirements
- Plumbing experience and qualifications.
- Carpentry experience and qualifications.
- NVQ, City & Guilds, or Diploma in Carpentry or Plumbing.
- CSCS Card.
- Experience using PDA/mobile working systems.
