As a Concrete & Aggregate Shipper, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in planning and coordinating daily deliveries, maximising the efficiency and utilisation of the fleet whilst ensuring customers receive their orders on time. You'll manage day-to-day deliveries and communicate clear instructions to drivers regarding locations, customers, and delivery requirements, monitoring progress in real time and proactively resolving problems when plans change.

Building strong relationships with customers through clear communication and excellent service, you'll adapt quickly to changing priorities and the demands of a busy working day, working closely with the wider team to maintain the company's reputation as a trusted supplier giving you genuine variety, real responsibility, and the satisfaction of keeping operations running smoothly as a Concrete & Aggregate Shipper in a growing business.

This Concrete & Aggregate Shipper role would suit an experienced logistics professional who's confident working in a fast-paced environment and making quick decisions. You'll bring previous experience within logistics, transport, or delivery scheduling, strong organisational and planning skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.
