Position: Electrician (Permanent)
Mobile Electrician, Facilities Management, Glasgow, £36,000 – £40,000 + £50,000 OTE Unlimited Overtime, Company Van & Pension

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties

* Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting

* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety and electrical regulations

* Accurately log tasks and updates using a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)

* Communicate professionally with clients to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements

* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification

* SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or recognised apprenticeship

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services

* Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
