Leading Health and Safety Consultancy are looking for a Maintenance Plumber / Remedial Plumber to join the team and cover projects around the London area.

To apply for the position the Maintenance Plumber / Remedial Plumber will need to have a proven background working on commercial sites and have covered PPM & reactive maintenance focused on site compliance and safety.

To apply for the Maintenance Plumber / Remedial Plumber role the following experience is required

* 5+ years’ experience working as a Maintenance Plumber or Remedial Plumber

* Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum

* Have covered plumbing duties including – Deadlegs Removals, Pipework Modifications, Tank Installs and TMV Servicing.

* Have water hygiene knowledge on Hot & Cold-Water Services including temperature monitoring and sampling.

* DBS Checked with the ability to work in health care, offices and education.

* Ability to cover London and surrounding areas

* Full Driving License

The successful Maintenance Plumber / Remedial Plumber will work as part of an existing team and have support scheduling work from the company’s project co-ordinators. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be IT Literate and show a high standard of work demonstrating a flexible work approach to main client relationships.
