Passive Fire Supervisor

£45,000 – £50,000
Site-Based | Full-Time | PAYE

We are recruiting an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor to lead site teams delivering fire stopping, fire door installation/remediation, and compartmentation works across live projects.

This is a hands-on supervisory role ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with FIRAS / BM TRADA standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support teams of passive fire operatives

* Allocate daily tasks and manage productivity on-site

* Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with Approved Document B

* Deliver toolbox talks and enforce Health & Safety standards

* Maintain installation records, photographic evidence, and compliance documentation

* Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors

Requirements

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Valid CSCS card

* 3+ years’ experience in fire stopping or fire door remediation

* Strong understanding of BM TRADA / ADB requirements

* Ability to read fire strategy drawings

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Passive Fire Protection or Carpentry desirable.
