We're Hiring:
Electrical Engineer 🚨 🔌⚡
📍 Hampstead, North London
💷 £45,000 + Benefits
🕒 Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading UK Facilities Management provider supporting a prestigious critical healthcare contract.
🏥 This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that keeps essential services running safely and efficiently.
⚡ What You'll Be Doing:
🔧 Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the site.
⚙️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently.
💡 Maintaining lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and associated electrical systems.
📋 Supporting statutory inspections, testing and certification requirements.
🚨 Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems.
💻 Updating maintenance records using the CAFM system.
🤝 Working closely with engineers, contractors and the Estates team.
🦺 Following all Health & Safety procedures while working within a live critical environment.

What We're Looking For:
🎓 NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
⚡ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (17th Edition considered).
🏢 Experience with in Facilities Management, Building Services or a similar maintenance environment.
🔍 Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
📖 Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices.
💬 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
⭐ Desirable:
🏥 Previous experience within healthcare or other critical environments.
⚙️ Experience working on critical building services infrastructure.
💻 Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems.
