Description: Performance Management Team Business Partners serve as the coordinators of the PMT program for our site. Performance management teams are small groups of individuals who work together to drive growth and improvement. PMT Business Partners work together with all functional groups to carry out all required PMT processes and support the growth and success of all performance management teams on site.

You Will Be Doing

As the Performance Management Team Business Partner, you will be responsible for analyzing team performance, providing insights, coordinating efforts to implement process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and site leadership to support and maintain the PMT process, ensuring alignment with our Vision and Mission.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze metrics data and clearly communicate trends to provide insights into team performance, both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Coordinate special projects, set timelines, track deliverables, and report status to senior leadership.
  • Champion and facilitate the use of problem‑solving, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques and tools
  • Coach individuals and teams to adopt a growth mindset, encouraging data driven decision making.
  • Coordinate the goal‑setting process and manage all goal modifications as needed
  • Ensure team initiatives align with the mission of PMT Mission and our site leadership
  • Train PMT leaders in terms of leadership development, metrics analysis, increasing engagement, driving results and conflict resolution
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize the PMT process
  • Exchange best practices with internal teams as well as PMT Business Partners across MFC to improve business results and strengthen the PMT process

This position is in Camden.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 3 years of professional experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PPT, Word and Teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing quantitative data, performance metrics and observable behavior to deliver actionable insights that drive team performance improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team‑building skills, and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to develop and be comfortable presenting communication to various audiences at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Embraces a growth mindset.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to train, mentor and coach employees on metric reporting systems.
  • Experience boosting team morale, motivating team members, organizing recognition events, and igniting team engagement.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean six sigma (LSS).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and metrics.
  • Experience in the design and validation of metric dashboards and reports.
Security Clearance Statement

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely

Onsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
