This is a full-time, on-site role for a Literacy Instructional Facilitator located in Camden, AR. The Literacy Instructional Facilitator will support teachers in developing and implementing effective literacy‑based lesson plans, deliver training and professional development programs, and assist educators in enhancing student academic performance. The role includes classroom observations, collaborative instruction planning, and providing feedback to improve teaching practices. The facilitator will work closely with the school leadership team to align literacy strategies with district and state standards.
Qualifications- Demonstrated expertise in Lesson Planning and Education to support effective curriculum implementation and student learning.
- Strong Communication and Teaching skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and students.
- Experience in Training and mentoring educators to strengthen instructional strategies and practices.
- Proven ability to assess and support diverse student learning needs and align with educational best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification required.
- Previous experience in a classroom or instructional leadership role is highly preferred.
- Passion for literacy education and commitment to promoting equitable learning opportunities.
