Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability for basic problem solving.
- Entry level understanding of basic hand tools.
- Proficiency or experience with AutoCAD, CREO, Solid Works, or similar modeling software.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems/equipment/tools used in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of machine/tooling mechanical design.
- Knowledge of general manufacturing/integration processes.
- Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance stack‑up.
- Basic knowledge of hand and/or power tools.
- Knowledge of engineering materials and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex issues.

Manufacturing Engineer Associate
You will be a Manufacturing Engineer Associate for the PAC‑3 canister program. Our team is responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes to make production more reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective, and for providing engineering support to the production floor.
What You Will Be Doing- Translate hardware specifications into tooling and equipment designs, culminating in complete technical data packages that fully define tooling/equipment and allow fabrication of detailed components and assembly of the end item.
- Design and document tooling and equipment using Creo or Solid Works, in accordance with company standards.
- Provide engineering support to the production floor for day‑to‑day integration issues, analyzing problems and using problem‑solving skills within a team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and systems.
