  Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week

• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering team in Camden, AR.
• Make moderate enhancements or improvements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of the job area.
• Engage in problem-solving and innovation within a broad set of issues; collaborate across multiple departments as needed.
• Interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures and communicate with internal and external contacts.
• Recommend enhancements to systems and processes and work toward operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.
• Work under general supervision and, where appropriate, manage entire projects or processes within the job area.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
• Possibly manage projects at this level with delegation of work and review of others  work product.

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
