Position
Environmental Engineer Sr for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, Camden, AR.
Responsibilities- Drive environmental compliance efforts across the site and enhance essential programs.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with Air, RCRA Hazardous Waste, and NPDES Stormwater regulations.
- Develop and execute employee awareness programs and training on compliance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate compliance and ensure practices meet the highest standards.
- Support program activities within the ESH organization, including Air Program compliance, RCRA Hazardous Waste compliance, and NPDES Stormwater compliance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with environmental regulatory monitoring and compliance.
- Competent experience with environmental laws and standards such as Air, Water, RCRA Hazardous Waste, and Stormwater.
- Ability to create and update company policies and procedures related to environmental compliance.
- Proficiency in collecting, creating, and analyzing data.
- Experience training employees on environmental regulations and best practices.
- Experience reporting to and interfacing with regulatory agencies.
- Ability to interpret, apply, audit, and communicate regulatory compliance requirements (both orally and in writing) across all levels of the organization.
- Self‑driven with ability to plan and execute work with limited supervision.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Advanced knowledge in a field of science, environmental engineering, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001 and other ESH management system elements.
- Knowledge of environmental sciences/engineering principles, methods, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of national and international environmental laws/regulations and regulatory/resource agency permitting processes.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction systems, methods, and work processes.
- Experience managing and/or providing technical oversight of environmental subcontractors or consultants.
- Experience in environmental monitoring and compliance inspection during construction.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and waste management, erosion and sediment control, and restoration techniques.
- Knowledge of Arkansas Hazardous Waste, Air, and Stormwater Regulations.
Secret clearance required. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
LocationCamden, Arkansas. Position is onsite full‑time.
ShiftFirst shift. 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
