* You will be the Industrial Engineer to support one of the vehicle, missile, or rocket programs, working closely with the Product Manager, Program Support Team, and the Industrial Engineering/Estimating Manager

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Industrial Engineer, your responsibilities will include effectively applying many of the traditional I E  techniques and disciplines including:

- Man loading, work flow, and learning curves

- Estimating, capacity analysis, capital equipment justification, and make vs  buy studies

- Standards and equivalent units completed calculations

- Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, and Outlook

* - STEM related Bachelor's Degree

- Experience with process evaluation and optimization and/or calculating utilization and identifying bottle necks

- Experience with developing and implementing process improvements

- Experience developing and presenting business cases for ROI

- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
