* You will be the Quality Engineer Associate for the Quality Engineering Team Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance on the PAC‑3 missile program
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Quality Engineer Associate you will be responsible for supporting the production line and driving continuous improvement in quality processes
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support production line
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
- Establish quality requirements and write work instructions
- Evaluate product for conformance to requirements, document non conformances, train, and support inspectors
- Apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non conformances
- Evaluate existing quality processes and use engineering skills to make improvements

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits
** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
