Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area is seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Camden, AR facility.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for tackling complex technical problems, delivering innovative solutions, and driving quality excellence across our Camden facility.
Responsibilities- Analyze and resolve quality inspection and assembly process issues.
- Develop and implement new quality concepts and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve long‑range objectives.
- Generate technical documentation and knowledge extensions.
- Provide independent problem‑solving expertise on critical projects.

Basic Qualifications- U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM‑related discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of AS9100D Quality systems and pertinent quality practices.
- Mechanical skills and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Ability to develop, apply, and analyze the effectiveness of quality methods.
- Manufacturing and process improvement experience.
- Defense or military contractor experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action processes.
- Experience with Mini Tab.
- Experience in Six‑Sigma Green Belt techniques and statistical process control methods.
- Proactive review and development of documentation/drawing for compliance with requirements, using tools for documentation and corrective action of non‑conformances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and business professionalism skills.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
