** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for tackling complex technical problems, delivering innovative solutions, and driving quality excellence across our Camden facility

+ Analyze and resolve quality inspection and assembly process issues

+ Develop and implement new quality concepts and methodologies

+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve long‑range objectives

Job Description Camden

MUST BE A U S  CITIZEN   This position is located at a facility that requires special access  The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Bachelor's Degree in STEM related discipline

Advanced knowledge of AS9100D Quality systems and pertinent Quality practices

Mechanical skills and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing understanding

Ability to develop, apply, and analyze effectiveness of quality methods

** Desired

Skills:

*
* Manufacturing and process improvement experience

Defense or military contractor experience

Working knowledge of SAP

Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action processes

Experience in working with Mini Tab

Experience in Six Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods

Proactively review and develop documentation/drawing for compliance with requirements, use tools for documentation and corrective action of non conformances

Exhibit business professionalism and values

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Advanced interpersonal skills

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
