Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Working knowledge of electrical and logic drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve industrial automation equipment issues.
- Knowledgeable of machine electrical design.
- Knowledgeable of industrial electronics and electrical components.
You will be the Manufacturing Controls/Robotics Engineer for the Robotics Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge automated manufacturing solutions that enable high‑rate production of missiles, launch systems, and ground vehicles.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Controls/Robotics Engineer you will be responsible for concept, design, and documentation of automated manufacturing equipment that supports site processes and meets production‑rate goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Troubleshoot and resolve existing electrical controls equipment such as PLCs, AC & DC motors, servo drives, and variable frequency drives.
- Improve existing controls equipment to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency.
- Develop electrical automation designs from hardware specifications into complete construction packages for fabrication, assembly, checkout, and startup.
- Create design and documentation in accordance with company and industry standards using Dassault Draft Sight or equivalent CAD tools.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering, quality, safety, IT, and other disciplines to deliver best‑practice solutions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start.
