Profitable, growing, publicly-traded, designer and manufacturer of high-volume defense products seeks an Senior Engineering Manager
. In this critical role:
- Lead 6 Managers and 24 indirects who are responsible for product R&D, production support across 3 product lines, process improvement projects, and facilities;
- Recommend, justify and implement $2-$3 million in Capital Equipment Expenditures per year; and
- Oversee an already approved 5 year strategy to double output.
You will need to have the following:
- Advanced Degree (MS or PhD)
- 10 years of product manufacturing experience
- Successful management of technical people management
- Track record of accomplishments
- Desire to make a difference
- Must be a US Citizen to work at this site
