Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager who will lead the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes to ensure product functionality and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a dynamic individual to ensure cohesive collaboration between the engineering team and other manufacturing departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure cohesive collaboration between the engineering team and other manufacturing departments.
  • Develop equipment to aid in the manufacturing process.
  • Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Troubleshoot production machinery and test equipment.
  • Write machine specifications for procuring production machinery and test equipment.
  • Write test plans, design and construct mechanical testing apparatus, conduct testing, analyze data with statistical validity, and write test reports.
  • Install, document, and refine production systems to meet safety, quality, cost, and throughput requirements.

  • Application experience with MS Office Programs, Mini-tab, AutoCAD, and MS Project

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camden, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $72.16/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
