Description
You will be the Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing innovative mechanical solutions, designing tooling and equipment, and providing engineering support to the production floor.
Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical products and systems, including tooling and equipment, from engineering specifications to complete technical data packages.
- Document designs using Pro-Engineer / Solid Works in accordance with company standards.
- Provide engineering support to the production floor, analyzing and resolving daily integration issues while meeting production rate requirements.
- Research, plan, design and develop mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines, and hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production and energy use.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in a manufacturing or ordnance facility.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of machine and tool mechanical design.
- Knowledge of general manufacturing and integration processes.
- U.S. citizenship required (special access facility).
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Experience with AutoCAD, CREO, or Solid Works.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of engineering materials.
- Promotion of safety practices and risk elimination on the shop floor.
- Experience with troubleshooting using FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement projects using 6S and Lean manufacturing.
- Customer‑service skills for communicating with operators and training.
- Development and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and BoMs.
- Interpretation of complex drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Incorporation of configuration changes and verification with engineering requirements.
- Designing new tools and maintaining existing tooling/equipment.
- Project‑management experience (business case, estimates, schedule reporting, coordination).

Camden, Arkansas. - Shift: First (4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week).
