Profitable, publicly‑traded defense products manufacturer with a significant, multi‑year order book seeks a Value Stream Engineering Manager for a high‑volume manufacturing site in Camden. In this leadership role, you will:
- Lead a team of 2‑5 Engineers responsible for Production Support, NPI, and Capital Projects;
- Manage KPIs focused on Safety, Quality and Production;
- Coordinate activities with other functions supporting your Value Stream, i.e. Production, Quality, and Program Management;
- Report results to the site Director of Engineering.
- BS in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Material Science, Mechanical)
- 7 years of manufacturing process engineering support
- 2 years of leading others
- Track record of moving the needle, e.g., improved production throughput, reduced scrap, successful implementation of equipment upgrades, etc.
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN
