A profitable, publicly traded defense products manufacturer in Camden seeks a Value Stream Engineering Manager to lead a small engineering team on the shop floor. You will oversee Production Support, NPI and Capital Projects while driving KPIs for Safety, Quality and throughput.
Reporting to the site Director of Engineering, you will coordinate with Production, Quality and Program Management to ensure steady improvements and successful equipment upgrades at a high-volume site.
