Manufacturing Controls/Robotics Engineer

As the Manufacturing Controls/Robotics Engineer you will be responsible for concept, design, and documentation of automated manufacturing equipment that supports site processes and meets production-rate goals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshoot and resolve existing electrical controls equipment such as PLCs, AC & DC motors, servo drives, and variable frequency drives.
• Improve existing controls equipment to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency.
• Develop electrical automation designs from hardware specifications into complete construction packages for fabrication, assembly, checkout, and startup.
• Create design and documentation in accordance with company and industry standards using Dassault Draft Sight or equivalent CAD tools.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineering, quality, safety, IT, and other disciplines to deliver best-practice solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Working knowledge of electrical and logic drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve industrial automation equipment issues.
• Knowledgeable of machine electrical design.
• Knowledgeable of industrial electronics and electrical components.

Pay Information:
