Description:
You will be the Technical Production Test Senior for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on various hardware systems, including missile guidance sets, military vehicles, and launch containers, to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
As the Technical Production Test Senior, you will be responsible for leading the testing and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of problems.
Your responsibilities will include:- Testing and troubleshooting hardware systems, including missile guidance sets, military vehicles, and launch containers
- Identifying and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure effective problem-solving
- Developing and implementing test procedures and protocols
- Leading and mentoring junior technicians to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications- High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 Year of experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using a standard digital multimeter (DMM)
- Familiarity with advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital power supplies, signal generators, digital multimeters
- Familiarity with mate/demate of electrical contacts and connectors
- Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge and ESD mitigation principles
- Familiarity working in a “teaming” environment
- Good communication skills, including interface with USG Customer
- Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000 systems a plus
- Basic blueprint reading / understanding of schematics a plus
- Previous experience using automated test equipment a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite a plus
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
