Property Analyst​/Lvl​/Camden, AR

You will be the Property Analyst Staff for the Property Management team. Our team is responsible for managing all government and Lockheed Martin owned property from acquisition through disposition.

As the Property Analyst Staff you will be responsible for overseeing the full property lifecycle and ensuring compliance with all policies and contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct physical inventories and collaborate with custodians to maintain accurate records.
• Support and lead internal and external audits, including DCMAPMSA, AS9100, customer audits, and FIAR‑related reviews.
• Perform periodic reviews, develop metrics, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to identify issues and communicate resolutions.
• Develop and deliver specialized property‑management training for stakeholders.
• Some travel may be required.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Evidence of leadership traits and abilities
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance; all candidates must be a US Citizen

• Certification as a Greenbelt or Blackbelt
• Property Management background
• Ability to effectively work with Government customers, cross functional teams, internal/external auditors, and other stakeholders
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems
• Ability to lead teams and influence teams
• Knowledge of contractual requirements associated with the controls of Government/Customer property and administrative requirements of capital assets
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR clauses relating to the control of US Government/Customer owned property
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification

Secret clearance is required. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and obtain an active Secret clearance.
