Harris Technologies is seeking a Business Intel Analyst to join our newly developed Performance Excellence Program (PEP) in Camden, AR. The candidate will collaborate closely with leadership and shop floor teams to develop critical operational metrics, track and analyze data trends, compile comprehensive reports, build insightful dashboards, and organize biweekly team meetings across the site. Additionally, the Business Intel Analyst will develop business solutions to enhance the visibility of the overall performance and effectiveness of the PEP program to site senior leadership and efficiently track actions to closure.
Functions
- Collaborate with shop floor teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics that accurately reflect operational performance within the PEP.
- Collect, track, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Compile detailed reports that summarize operational performance, trends, and insights, and present these findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.
- Organize and facilitate biweekly team meetings across the site, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring follow‑up on action items.
- Efficiently track and manage actions to closure, ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement business solutions that enhance visibility into the overall performance and effectiveness of the PEP program for site senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0–2 years of prior related Business Analyst experience; alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of prior Business Analyst related experience.

Experience in creating interactive and shareable dashboards and performing business analytics and data visualization.
