Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.

Essential Functions:

* Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
* Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments.
* Works to achieve operational targets within job area, which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.

* Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
* Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
* Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

* In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

* Must be able to obtain a US security clearance. Preferred Additional

Skills:

* * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

* Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.

* Strong attention to detail
