Responsibilities- Lead daily inventory management operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and compliance across all warehouse and material‑handling activities
- Supervise a team of logistics personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and developing future leaders
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, material audits, and root‑cause/corrective actions
- Ensure timely material flow to production, kitting, and shipping/receiving areas by coordinating closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning
- Monitor inventory health metrics (accuracy, cycle count performance, aging, excess/obsolete risks) and implement improvement actions
- Support audits and compliance activities, including property management, classified material handling, and recordkeeping requirements
- Drive standardization of warehouse practices, including labeling, storage methods, material traceability, and SAP/PRISM transaction discipline
- Collaborate on layout optimization, warehouse capacity planning, and material flow improvements to support rate increases and multi‑program growth
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the logistics team
- Ensure adherence to all company processes, security requirements, and government regulations
- University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong people‑management and leadership skills
- Capability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance
- U.S. citizenship required; must hold an active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date (Secret level)
- Ability to obtain interim U.S. government‐issued security clearance before start date
- Demonstrated experience guiding large, complex teams
- Clear understanding of hazardous material classifications, specifically Class 1
- Experience handling hazardous materials within a DoD or defense‑contractor environment, including Class 1 compatibility rules
- Strong familiarity with regulations governing handling, processing, and movement of dangerous or sensitive materials (CFR, DFARS, FAR, ITAR, DoD, DSS)
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across organizational levels and functions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Salary range: $86,800 USD – $165,200 USD.
Security ClearanceSecured clearance:
DoD Secret level. Candidates must be able to obtain an interim security clearance before the start date. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) handles the clearance process.
ITAR and other related regulatory compliance for handling sensitive materials is required.
