You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontracting processes for critical programs.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for managing high‑volume subcontracting activities that enable development, production, and sustainment of critical programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage high‑volume, quick‑turn subcontracting activities from cradle to grave supporting critical programs.
- Coordinate with project managers and PP&C to meet project schedules.
- Ensure all procurements comply with Company policy and LMAP procedures.
- Provide on‑site support as needed to address critical customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal customer and supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.
- Ability to handle high volume, quick‑turn procurements
- Ability to multi‑task, take on challenging assignments, and respond to customers needs in a timely manner.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers daily.
- SAP/S4 HANA experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Leadership skills and ability to multi‑task
- Demonstrated delegation of authority
- Requirement documentation experience
- Ability to handle high volume, quick‑turn purchases while maintaining great attention to details.
- Experience with supply chain and government procurement.
- Experience with procurement principles, subcontract management, supply chain management.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, effective verbal, and communication skills are essential.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
