Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor | Lockheed Martin

As the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Hiring, training and overseeing workers to ensure effective, timely machine repairs.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices.

Must be a U.S. citizen. Must possess a valid drivers license. Must have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance capacity. Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management. Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.

Knowledge and use of predictive/preventative maintenance technologies and applications. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Advance knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulics/robotic systems. Must be capable of communicating with vendors and contractors. Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarity. Team building and team engagement skills.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
