* You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing Operations Team  Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality, on‑time production while driving continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled production crew, coordinating cross‑functional support, and ensuring all performance targets are met

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas

+ Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost‑saving targets

+ Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency

+ Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status

+ Lead continuous‑improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control
