Manufacturing Engineer Stf - CNC Machining
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Stf - CNC Machining for the Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality machined components that meet rigorous engineering and customer requirements.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Engineer Stf - CNC Machining you will be responsible for creating, revising, and validating CNC machining programs that drive efficient, repeatable production.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and revise CNC machining programs to meet engineering, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Verify programs through prove‑outs on production machines and ensure proper work‑holding and tooling specifications.
- Create and update manufacturing work instructions while troubleshooting production issues on the shop floor.
- Train machine operators and support acquisition/installation of new equipment to enable rate increases and continuous improvement.

LocationThis position is in Camden, Arkansas.
Security Clearance StatementThis position requires a government security clearance. The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications- Knowledgeable of machining processes, able to evaluate and resolve machining problems.
- Experience programming with CAM software (NX preferred).
- Experience creating CNC machining programs for production parts.
- Experience with 3D CAD software.
- Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience with some or all of the following machine types: VMCs, HMCs, CNC lathes, Mill-turn, and Gantry Mills.
- Experience programming G‑code at the machine control.
- Experience designing/specifying custom work‑holding.
- Experience writing manufacturing work instructions.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
