Production Operator

Job Overview

Raytheon Technology (RTX) is seeking a Technician to perform final assembly of energetic sections for large‑scale missile systems at our site in Camden, Arkansas. The role is onsite and requires a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance.

• Perform assembly, modification, and checkout of ordnance weapon systems.
• Work with various computer systems and applications.
• Operate pneumatic, manual tools, and explosive items safely.
• Report problems to management and support staff to assist in manufacturing operations.
• Participate in required production meetings and complete training.
• Follow documented processes, procedures, and work instructions.

• High‑school diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, or operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience in assembly or related field.
• Experience operating forklift, walker stacker, pallet jack, and other loading equipment.
• DoD Secret or higher security clearance.
• Forklift operator certification.
