Join Our Team as a Machinist (Grade
1)!
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 7am-5:30pm Friday: 7am-3:30pm
Hours:
48 hours a week with built-in overtime.
Salary: $22-$26/hr DOE.
Location:
Camden area.

- Set up machines with supervision.
- Perform various machine operations using CNC or manual machining centers.
- Operate CNC equipment in line with operating procedures.
- Use equipment like mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, and more.
- Conduct milling, drilling, boring, and related operations to precise tolerances.
- Review setup sheets and specifications to determine machining sequences.
- Perform setup and operations on CNC Mills, understanding G-Code, 2D & 3D (3&4 Axis - similar to FANUC or AKUMA).
- Measure work pieces to ensure they meet specifications.
- High School Diploma/GED (required).
- 5-10 years of machining experience (required).
- Post High School/Professional Certification (preferred).
- Ability to commute daily to Camden, AR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable, accurate, and a quick learner.
