Job Description *
* You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality, on‑time production while driving continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled production crew, coordinating cross‑functional support, and ensuring all performance targets are met.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas.

+ Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost‑saving targets.

+ Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency.

+ Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status.

+ Lead continuous‑improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control.

** Basic Qualifications*
* -Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

-Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

** Desired Skills*

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00
